Please be advised that the reservation
deadline for the monthly WPC luncheon meetings is a firm deadline of
noon the Monday prior to the Wednesday luncheon. To keep your monthly
luncheon costs at a reasonable rate, we negotiated arrangements with
Larkspur to provide our reservation numbers at a particular time. This
also allows us and Larkspur to ensure those with reservations will get
the meal for which they paid.
If you made a reservation and need to cancel,
you also need to do so by noon the Monday prior. Your cooperation in
following the reservation policy will keep our treasury and your pocketbook
and tummy happy. Meetings begin promptly at 11:30 on the first Wednesday
of the month.
Another reminder: Your meal costs provide
for the beverages of tea, water and coffee, which are provided at the
table. Our negotiated meal price does not include additional soft drink
beverages.
